temperature controllimited channels
i experienced issues with the room's temperature control. it was difficult to regulate a comfortable temperature. the air conditioning seemed ineffective. i also found the selection of tv channels quite limited. i expected a wider variety. a simple information leaflet was missing too.

the hotel met expectations for a business stay.. it offered business amenities handled properly. the location was a short walk to the town center. rooms and location proved excellent. the hotel is only a short walk to the mall and a reasonable walk to the city center, where super restaurants and bars are located.
i noticed the area around the hotel felt slightly unsafe with groups of men hanging around near the cycle park tunnel.

i needed an invoice for expenses but the reception staff seemed hesitant to provide a complete one. i booked my accomodation via an agency.

the fitness center includes three treadmills and two stationary bikes. there is also an indoor pool. the pool area offers twenty loungers along with a dedicated shaded section. guest comfort is definitely kept in mind.

I stayed for a few nights. the air conditioning was not effective, resulting in a stuffy room. i reported it, but the repair did not fully resolve the issue. additionally, housekeeping was inconsistent. Some days towels were not replaced, and the bed was not made properly. the minibar was also empty. I expected at least some complimentary water.

The breakfast had a good selection of items, including scrambled eggs and bacon.
The area around the hotel wasn't very appealing. There were quite a few people hanging around near the tunnel and cycle park. when the room was serviced, the tea and coffee weren't refilled, nor were the shower gel, shampoo, and conditioner (a little stingy, maybe?).
